What incredible customer service! I had a few issues with my app and new theme, and reached out to them on the app. I was concerned that I wouldn't hear back quick enough, but within a few hours, they responded with answers, suggestions, and even photos for reference. I use this pop-up countdown for various upcoming events and highly recommend!

been using this in my online shop for a year for every launch, easy to use, clear and readable layout. everything is perfect :)
Thank you for this wonderful review. It's fantastic to hear that you've been relying on our app for a full year for your launches and find it easy to use with a clear layout. We're so glad everything is working perfectly for your store!
Very easy to use with nice customizations. Used it to add a countdown to Halloween and will definitely be using for other Holidays as well.
Thank you for the lovely review! We’re glad the app worked well for your campaign. Hopefully it’ll get plenty more use as the holidays roll around! We appreciate your support.
This app did what I needed it to do, which was simply create a bit of urgency on product pages and cart page with banners and a timer. Other apps wanted me to pay for these sections or features, but this app had everything i was looking for and it was FREE. Even better!
We’re so glad to hear the GSC Countdown Timer Bar met your needs! It’s great to know the app is helping you create urgency without extra costs. Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. It really means a lot to us 🤩
Das App ist einfach zu verwendet und ist sehr effektiv. Event Ankündigungen können sehr einfach mit dem Setzen von Timer sehr einfach einstellen.

Easy to use and looks great on my store.
I used it on www.canada-greenhouse-kits.ca, and it helped drive sales. Highly recommend!
Thank you for sharing your success story! We're thrilled the timer not only integrated well with your store's design but actually contributed to your sales - that's exactly what we love to hear. We appreciate the recommendation!
App works well and does what it says it will. The fact is free is almost mind-blowing, frankly.
Wouldn't mind slightly more customizing, like spacing between timed elements (D,H,M,S), or the ability to remove seconds from the timer. But overall, it works great.
I also needed support, who chatted with me inside 1 minute and answered my question quickly and accurately.
Thank you for such a detailed review, we truly appreciate it! Your customization suggestions (spacing adjustments and seconds removal) are great ideas; we’ve shared them with our team for future updates.
It’s also wonderful to hear about your positive support experience! We prioritize quick, helpful responses, so we’ll pass your kind words along to the team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have other questions!
Easy to understand. Easy to use. Highly recommend. I have been using this app over a year now and it is very customizable. Especially, when it comes to the color aspects of the timer bar. Two thumbs up!
Glad to hear it’s working so smoothly for you! We designed our timers to be as simple and intuitive as possible, so it’s great to know that’s coming through. Thanks for taking the time to recommend it. We really appreciate your support!
This was exactly what was needed. It looks great and was easy to use. And I appreciate that it is free.
Thank you for your review! We’re really glad to hear the app was quick to set up and looks right on your store too. If anything ever feels missing, just let us know!
