We used this App to launch a promo! Customer service was super prompt to help up customize a feature and made set-up easy!

Amazing support! We encountered a few issues with how a gift was being added to the cart and the support team were super helpful and quickly implemented fixes.

So far so good! Customer service exceptionally good and quick!

Muchas gracias.

Supportive and profesional. Thank you Joan for your assistance !

We’ve had a very positive experience with Gift Box so far. The support team is very responsive, thinks along with your business needs, and communicates everything clearly and professionally.

A special thanks to Marcela, who helped us throughout the process. She was very friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, and made sure everything was arranged properly for our upcoming campaign.

It’s great to work with a team that genuinely tries to help and make things work for their customers. Highly recommended!

The only app on Shopify that makes auto-adding gifts a painless process.

Amazing app that is so easy to use on the back end and for our customers. Amazing customer support as well.
