I love this app. It allows me to give back to my customers in the exact way I want to. The customer support is great too. The robot chat is really smart and quick and if its too complicated a live person jumps on pretty quickly. Everything I've needed to do, and every issue I needed to fix, was addressed quickly and with a very friendly and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs a free gift option for their website. Amazing app honestly , but their support is what got me to write this review.. We had a glitch on the GiftBox app where one of our products wasn’t adding to cart properly, and Tina jumped in straight away. She checked everything step by step, kept me updated throughout, and reassured me that if she couldn’t fix it herself, the tech team would resolve it within two hours.
In the end, that wasn’t even needed, she sorted the issue herself within 20 minutes.
Super responsive, calm under pressure, and genuinely committed to helping. What a legend. Thank you, Tina.

We’ve had a great experience using GiftBox. The app itself is very straightforward and easy to understand, which made setup and day-to-day use seamless while we were learning the platform.
