Helpful customer service...just started using Premium package and it appears very professional on my site
Excited to start! I am happy that it applies to my current Shopify plan! Great customer service. Thank you, Ethan!
The support team is really responsive, understanding and patient! Their help so far has really helped us improve our site!
This app is very fun and easy to use and our customers love it! The setup is simple and intuitive. Their support team has been very responsive and efficient as well.
Ari and the team have been brilliant at helping me get this set up as I needed some customisation for the app to work with product that I sell. So far it is working well, really easy to use their app and looks great on the website.
Updating my review: they heard the feedback about overbranding their logo all over everything and changed this! I do think this is the best software on the market for loyalty + store credits etc, good functions and it's a comprehensive suite.
Hi there,
We're sorry that you didn't have the best possible customer experience. Hila from our team has tried to be in touch with you directly to clarify how our plans work and what is included.
We do offer a 7-day free trial and we offer both monthly or annual subscription options :) Full pricing details can be viewed here: https://rise.ai/pricing
I see that you've uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times which may have prevented the trial from being applied. We can help with this!
Regarding whitelabeling/Rise logo, our Pro plan is $159.99 or $199.99 per month (depending which plan you select) which allows for the Rise.ai logo to be removed from all assets.
Our Premium plan is $479.99 or $499.99 per month and includes removing the Rise logo from all emails.
Please be in touch with Hila or reach out to us at info@rise.ai so we can clarify everything.
All the best
We came across Gift Wizard and so happy that we did! It's exactly what we've been searching for. Ari is fantastic! Answered our questions super fast. The app is very easy to use for both us and our customers. You can't go wrong with Gift Wizard!
We've had great success with digital gift card sales after implementing this app! You'd expect for Shopify to have this sort of functionality built in (sending a gift card directly to a recipient), but since they don't, this is the next best thing!!
The customer service has been SO helpful in working through miscellaneous issues and customizations during install - seriously, I don't think I've encountered an app with quicker response times, and I've used dozens of apps. Five stars all-around.
Thank you! what an AWESOME review. Keep up the good work with the Gift Cards and the Rewards.
We're glad you're getting such great results in terms of ROI :)
The GiftWizard team has been amazing to work with!
Love that our customers can now send e-gift cards.
Been using the app for a while on my store and i'm glad to say that this is a great app with great customer support! 100% recommended!
