Wonderful feedback thus far. Takes the stress off gifted orders. No additional "notes" to include in packaging and recipient already knows the correct size is coming. (app is in early stages)

Just started with the system and so far, I am loving it. Plus, they have great support. I had two questions and they were answered immediately which saved me soooo much time searching for the answer myself. I look forward to working with this system. I use Shopify Basic and this app gives you more than Shopify does at a better price. Stoked!

This app has made it super easy to create a customized gift card for our customers to purchase, as well as issue store credit to acquire and retain customers. The team at Rise ai are super responsive and helpful. They have made the entire experience worth it. The integration with this app to Instagram was a huge win too. It keeps gettin better

The Rise gift card app has been extremely useful for us. It has helped us enhance our customers' gift card experience adding customizable processes as well as setting up reminder flows that do all the heaving lifting for us. The support team is also fantastic and very willing to hop on the phone and communicate over email to work out any questions.

This is an absolute must download for stores looking to offer a clean & clear loyalty program for their customers. It's easy to use on the front & back ends of the site, works really well, and has a broad range of options. Beyond that, the team is what sets Rise.ai apart. Great app that offers a feature we think our customers will love and respond to. App integrated well with the theme and Ari was extremely responsive when we needed some guidance, even meeting a couple of custom needs quickly. So far we love the app! It has improved our customers experience by giving them the flexibility to automatically send the gift card on scheduled dates and write a personal message. We are now exploring their loyalty and promotional functions like sending BOGO gift cards. Customer service chat has been quick to answer and they understand their product well.

I used this app to accelerate our gift card presence because Shopify's was limiting for what we needed. So far I have loved the product and the service that came along with it. Specifically, Yair has been excellent. He has communicated with me 24/7 to answer all my questions, even over Thanksgiving! It was so helpful having someone so responsive and understanding.

When I had an issue with the email notifications, Pauline checked into it and helped me quickly. She also allowed me to use a feature that was only for upgraded plans, which was so kind and really helped us out since we only needed that one feature and not everything else in the upgraded plans. I really appreciated their customer service and we like the app so far!
