Thank you! We’re glad Eddie could help.
Eddie easily assisted us in linking a button to our widget. It was exactly what we were hoping for and he was able to quickly help us. Thanks Eddie!
Eddie is awesome! Totally helpful and knowledgable! :)
Support on Rise has been fantastic. We had to preform an last minute, urgent migration between two of our stores and Emilie took a lengthy call, walked us through the process and helped preform the migration and balancing. We wouldn't have been able to get in time without her!!
Great experience working with Rebecca - even through a tricky platform upgrade. Knowledgeable and always able to answer our questions.
We love the Rise software and the service we get working with Rebecca. She is an excellent resource and a true partner to us.
It's impossible to cancel your account and plan - they make it really hard for you.
Hey - Yishai from the Rise team here.
Rise, like all official Shopify apps, can be uninstalled within your "App and sales channels" settings page on the Shopify admin.
I can see that our support assisted you with this within a few minutes of reaching out. If there are still any ongoing issues we would be more than happy to continue assisting you on our existing thread.
Great customer service, and helped me adapt the functionality to suit my store needs.
