Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

I've really enjoyed using Rise. The customer support is excellent. From onboarding with a live demo, to 24 hour customer support, and in one of my instances, live customer support via a call when needed. Emilie has really been helpful in helping our store navigate some issues with Shopify's most recent update and I couldn't be happier. Strongly recommend Rise.Ai.

We've been a fan of Rise. The customer service is responsive, the platform is easy to configure, and the integrations are good.

I'd say our move to Rise from Smile has been good. It is more clear than Rewards points for our customers, and a unified tool for gift cards, store credit, and rewards is nice. And it's more cost-effective, which matters a lot to us.

I installed this app a couple of days ago, and it is excellent as we have been looking for a way to manage store credit and loyalty all in one place while utilizing Shopify's legacy account creation. UPDATE: we have been using this app for about six weeks, which is fantastic. Yesterday, we upgraded to Pro to get the One-Click Apply button, and I had an issue trying to get it to work. John(Customer Rep) not only got it to work but recommended a better way to execute it. He is a Rock Star. The Customer Service here is top-notch! Another day and another excellent customer service interaction. This time it was Eddie. This team is awesome:)

We've been using the Rise AI loyalty app for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! We recently revamped our employee loyalty program, and switching to Rise AI has truly been a game-changer.

DO NOT USE this app if you're looking for a VIP-tier-based loyalty program. The app can be configured to send out an email when a customer "unlocks" a tier... however, the app does not explicitly tell customers what tier they're on nor allows them to easily track their progress toward other tiers. Imagine logging into a rewards program with your credit card, airline, or hotel and not being able to see what your status is. This app is broken until they figure this out.

We have been using it for years and works perfectly for our business. It took us some efforts to customize it to use in Japan, but it is worthy.

The customer service is always great.

Sold $100 in gift cards and paid $120 in fees. This fee structure makes no sense.

We are just starting out using this app but, after trying a few others, we can say, at least so far, this app is above and beyond better than the others! It has great features and is easy to use and set up. Everything is pretty much straightforward and, the questions we did have, Eddie was very quick to answer and helped us tremendously. Highly recommend this app!
