Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

When I had an issue with the email notifications, Pauline checked into it and helped me quickly. She also allowed me to use a feature that was only for upgraded plans, which was so kind and really helped us out since we only needed that one feature and not everything else in the upgraded plans. I really appreciated their customer service and we like the app so far!

We decided to go with Rise as our rewards & loyalty program. The app has a substantial set of features and accomplishes our goal of avoiding a confusing points base system. It integrates well with Shopify Plus and Shopify POS which were two musts for us. Eddie was very helpful in getting all of the features set up properly! Would definitely recommend giving Rise a try.

we still have to test the app a bit more (as it can be quite pricey and still has to proof and improve its ROI, at least in our circumstances) and might have to update the rating later. But what I can already say that their support is amazing. Thanks a lot Keren & team, I hope we can continue the good collaboration and mutual support in the next few months and maybe years.

I use this app to help us with both physical and eGift cards, eGift cards being a new feature for us. Capabilities for both are really great and the ability to create different denominations in bulk for the physical cards (before sending the printer) is seamless. The only thing it could be done better is the new dashboard while it is simple and I have a hard time navigating it.

We have really enjoyed using Rise.AI's Gift Cards & Loyalty software. We have seen a huge bump in purchases of gift cards and see customers coming back to buy more. The integration with Shopify and ReCharge is harmonious and it was a breeze to get this installed and operational. I use this app to help me retain repeat customers and incentivize new customer growth. So far, Rise has exceeded my expectations, especially with the reminders to customers that they have Loyalty dollars available. This reminder has brought customers back into my shop to see what's new and to make a purchase. Customer service responds quickly and has helped resolve technical issues I had at onboarding.

I love Rise! I recommended it to many people. I almost doubled my B2C revenue in 2021 and am hoping to continue increasing. Rise was definitely a part of that success. My only issue that I’ve been asking for is an integration with Stanped.io. I use Stamped for my reviews and currently am manually issuing rewards for reviews. It’s not ideal, as it adds another step to my process. I wish it were seamless.

Best gift card app out there. Elevates the customer experience for gift cards and adds the ability to send gift cards via email. We love that you can build automated workflows and promos around gift cards. Have not explored the Loyalty side, but are starting to expand the integration. Great team and support at Rise. We've been with them for over a year now and have added them to multiple Shopify stores.
