Rise Gift Cards & Store Credit

The application has a variety of features, although sometimes it is a bit confusing to use. However, I have received very enthusiastic help from John and the support team in the process of using this program. Very useful!

We loved how quickly Roy was able to migrate all of our old gift cards into our new POS to make checkout easy on our team and keep customers happy as well. The team at Rise was easy to work with & responded in a timely manner.

Lots of potential here for increasing conversions and is a great fix for Shopify's terribly limited gift card product. Great tech support & lots of good information in their help documents. All of my testing of the product has gone flawlessly. Good flexible payment options.

Love the app and that it allows your customer to send gift cards as a gift straight to their recipient and even schedule a date to do so! It's a fantastic app to manage customer store credits and gift cards. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify and gives the customer the ability to view their gift card and store credit balances on the account page. The Rise team has also been extremely helpful in getting us set up and resolving any issues/questions that came up.

This app has solved the store credit & custom gift card limitations of Shopify. Super helpful is helping us migrate almost 2,000 existing custom gift card codes & store credit from our previous site.

It took me last than 1 hour to enable Gift Cards in my store - it was a big deal for me!

Then, I've discovered that I could also issue store credits when I try to incentivize people to buy or when I have a refund request.

And then I've learned that I could actually automate emails and use the same app for the abandoned cart recovery.

I'm killing it now thanks to this app!

This is a great app. We were looking for a gift card solution that would offer more and this one's features are great. We especially like that we can add our own custom greeting card designs and that users can schedule the delivery of their gift cards.

We'd love to be able to customise more of the fonts and colours to bring the app in line with our site's look and feel but this isn't a deal breaker.
