The app itself is great but the people behind it makes it all the more impressive! They are very professional and helpful. They definitely go out of their way to help you if you're stuck with something. Highly recommended!
Shopify's native gift card system isn't very good and this definitely bridges the gap.
If you are looking to create an acquisition or retention campaign based around gift cards, you really do need to incorporate this app.
Thank you so much for this great review. We're so happy you love it 🙏
Enjoy your Gift Card and Rewards Program - you're awesome 😊
Great Customer Service! They were very responsive and continued to respond to all my questions during the implementation process. Dana was so helpful during the implementation process! We are so happy to work with Rise. AI
Thank you for your review! It's great to see that the Support Team was able to help you efficiently. Should you require further assistance in the future, do not hesitate to reach out!
Specifically, Pauline was amazing today! I had a rush job and needed to delete the ADD TO CART button because my clients were confused. We now only have a SEND AS GIFT button and that works better.
Thank you Pauline!
Richard
Hi Richard,
Thank you for the wonderful review, and for giving a shoutout to Pauline for her support! We're glad that you now only have the 'send as a gift' button appearing on the page so that your customers make the most of the gifting experience.
Have a great day!
Extremely difficult to use, good luck with customer service. They have only chat from somewhere around the world no phone calls no meetings online support can only send you videos or PDF instructions swim on your own or die.
The setup is super easy and the team is always on hand to help, we had a lot of questions and they worked with us to find solutions quickly and effectivly! If you're looking for a great gift card app I would recommend Rise.ai.
Thank you for your review! We work hard to make the setup process intuitive and easy, so we're glad this is the experience you had. Our customer support team would be happy to help with any other questions!
Not only is the app great and comes highly recommended from other companies, but also their customer service is amazing! They're always around to help resolve our issues and always do it in a timely fashion. Highlight recommend!
Hi Solmate Socks,
Thank you for the wonderful review, and we truly appreciate you helping to share the word about us! Cheers to success for you and your business!
I was grateful their live chat was able to help me within a few minutes. Not having responsive support can be so frustrated with Shopify apps. I was able to get an answer to my question fairly quickly on a Sunday, which was huge.
The app is really intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is superior. My client success manager, Dana, is quick to respond and helps greatly with providing solutions and recommendations to fit our needs of the businesss!
Thank you for the review, much appreciated :)
We use Rise to provide our Brand Ambassadors with store credit! We have really enjoyed our experience using Rise and communicating with the extremely helpful and kind customer service reps. They have made our lives so much easier!
