Online support is great and the app is really easy to use. We had a minor issue in terms of display and the support team fixed it for us remotely!

I've set up my registry section in less than one day and the support from the staff was outstanding. Got responses in less than a minute and they corrected the code so that the registry would act as I need it.

Have been using this app for a few years with no problems. Have needed to reached out to customer service only one time to make sure this transferred seamlessly to a new theme. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

I had high hopes for this app, however ever since we have started using it there have been several issues. The biggest let down is that it is not compatible with Shop Pay. We cannot delete Shop Pay as 40% of our customers use it to speed up the checkout process. So we may not continue to use Gift Reggie in the future, unless they make it work with Shop Pay.
