Great app that gets the job done. Swiftly and competent support.
The App is working as expected.
Very good service from a dedicated team
Thank you!
I have used this app to do GWP’s on our website and it’s super easy and beginner friendly. I had a problem and mailed the customer service and after 20 minutes they replied and helped me to fix the problem. Would very much recommend!
We're delighted to hear you found the rule-setting process straightforward and had a quick resolution from the customer service team. All the best with your promo! 👍👍
We love how easy EG Auto is! Nathan is also the best support member!! 10/10!

EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift has been incredibly supportive in helping us execute our promotional and marketing goals seamlessly. The app is intuitive, reliable, and makes running gift-with-purchase campaigns effortless. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed guidance, the support team has been outstanding. Taransh is especially knowledgeable and always takes the time to clearly walk me through any setup or troubleshooting. Highly recommend this app for any brand looking to elevate their promotions with confidence.
Works great! I use it to include free gifts
Nathan has been great helping launch our GWP promotion! The team is very responsive and he called as soon as he came online to help me figure things out as I hadn’t set up this kind of promotion before. The pop ups clearly show customers what gifts they are eligible for which is great for conversions. Thanks again Nathan!
I have used a few GWP apps and always ran into limitiations and issues. EG Auto is a great app that allows us to offer complex discounts and easy gift with purchase solution. We ran into a small issue using this app over our busy trading period. Nathan couldn't have been more helpful and worked through the issue on a call, allowing us to excel our Black Friday Offer!
Great App, could manage to add a free gift via a secret link for all my customers on a special waiting list for my new product launch. Very happy and easy for someone who started working with Shopify only some weeks ago. :)
