Giftnote is an excellent tool for all our customers to create a personalised message during the checkout process. The templates are great and the customer service has been second to none as well for any questions or queries. I recommend this one to all new users!

Giftnote has allowed us to empower our customers to make personalised purchase for their loved ones, as easily as selecting a box at the check out. We've also loved that we can use this as another upselling and gifting opportunity around special days of the year such as Mother's Day or Easter, making the gift that little bit more special and considered than sending a regular gift card. Highly recommend!

A large part of Riot Art & Craft's sales come from gifting, so we're always on the lookout for ways that we can provide the best experience for our customers as well as make our operations more efficient.
