We haven't yet used all of its capable of yet, but the gift message option was a huge unlock for our Q4 business.
amazing app!
Giftnote has been amazing for us. We are using it for both digital gift cards and digital gift notes, enabling us to offer a nice gifting experience to our customers! The app developers were so helpful in getting us up and running, they did all the customizations to make it look and feel like our website. Everything was smooth and it's been great for our user experience already! Would definitely recommend!!!

Love this app! but the CX service is really what I love. Nick and team are so helpful on implementation and feedback.
We have just started working with Giftnote and so far all is pretty good. Our customers seem to enjoy the control of when messages are sent and it all connects with shopify delivery systems.
The best part is being able to send the giftee follow up offers. Before this we were missing out on sales as our customer was not the recipient, Giftnote managed to fix this.

Great gift message app. Support was excellent but didn't need a whole lot aside from some setup questions. Offering gift message option has helped conversion during gift giving season. Highly recommend this app.
