Excellent app which has improved our customer experience on our website, increased our tracking and understanding of customer gifting behaviours and added a welcome additional service selling point. The Giftnote team have also provided excellent support right through out the process making it an easy and seamless addition to out backend. The team also went out of their way on multiple occasions to trouble shoot and customise the app to our needs. Highly recommended. Welcome to Country

We needed a quick gifting solution last BFCM and were scrambling to find something until we stumbled upon Giftnote. It was super quick to install and was exactly the kind of digital gift note app we needed. We were able to integrate it with Klaviyo so the gift messages were still on brand. Any time we needed more support or additional data, Nick from Giftnote swiftly swooped in and helped us with solutions and pulling analytics.
