Most stores print gift notes on packing slips, email gift cards to the buyer, and key bulk orders in by hand. Giftnote fixes all three. Shoppers add a gift message at product, cart or checkout. It sends by branded SMS or email when the parcel is delivered or ships, so there is nothing to print and it works with any 3PL. Gift cards and store credit go to the recipient. Corporate buyers send to up to 1,000 recipients in one checkout. Recipients sync to Klaviyo so you can market to them.

The gift giving a gift card experience has been great and solved a major issue for our customers. They are able to leave a gift note easily and the follow up flows are great for retention. Very easy to use and easy to integrate!
This app has been fantastic for us due to our 3PL constraints in adding a physical gift note. It has saved our customer service team a lot of time and effort and has generated revenue from gifted prospects.
So far, so good! Admittedly we haven't fully utilized the multi-ship features yet, but the gifting and gift card experience has been a vast improvement. Easy to use, integration with Klaviyo is great, and the team is very responsive and helpful. There are some other platforms/apps out there for gifting and corporate/multi-ship that might be a little more polished, but when considering costs, this app provides a lot of value.
