Giftship: Gift Options & More

Great app with some great features. Takes a little getting used to as there is a lot to learn. Their customer service is what really sets them apart. Jayson has been amazing to work with. Their response times are amazing. I tested a few other similar apps, but this one is by far the best and has the best team behind them. Keep up the great work.

Terrific App! We have been using it for over a year now for our Gift Messages and Box Builder functionality. Giftship is working out incredibly well for us. Tech Support has been excellent and quick to respond and always helping us fine tune our setups and reports as needed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service and lots of flexibility in configuration options.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Giftship so far. The app includes a wide range of helpful features, and we’ve already started using several of them on our site. It also helped us replace another app we were paying for, since Giftship offered similar functionality in one place.
The support team has been excellent as well. They are quick to respond, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. Whenever we had questions, they were able to guide us clearly and efficiently. We’re very happy with both the app and the support we’ve received.

Great app and even greater people! They are so helpful and the app does exactly what we needed it to do. Love it!

Great product, an intuitive UI, and exceptional service make this the best gifting app.

Fantastic onboarding and support thus far. Looking forward to expanding our use of the app.

The app is a must have for anyone using shopify for the floral industry. Datepickers, card messages, special notes. And the support is always so quick and helpful!

Loads of great features in the app and the customer service is outstanding. We're already using a few of the features and I am working on adding even more across our site and was able to cancel another subscription when I discovered that Giftship also had the same functionality that we were paying for elsewhere. The customer support is is so responsive and helpful.

Absolutely incredible customer service; they respond immediately!!! This app has been a game changer for us as a gifting company with the desired delivery date option.
