Great app that handles the Giveaways legally, and also now integrates with both my stores and email platforms! the Help setting this up when i hit a snag was quick! which is exactly what you need when you have staff waiting for things to work properly,
Would definitely reccomend
Great customer service by Andrea!
Honestly, a real easy app to navigate. Very easy to build out Promos/Giveaways
I tried a couple of the other apps and this one seemed to hit all our needs for marketing so far. I was having an issue with the ReCAPTCHA on my end and reached out to the team and Andrea was on the spot, FAST. He helped me out, we took care of it and it all works perfect.
If you're looking for an app to help grow your marketing and giveaways, try this one first.
Hey!
Thank you very much for your kind words. Yes, we know reCAPTCHA can be tricky to set up, especially since Google recently changed the reCAPTCHA admin interface. It has been a pleasure to help you with that.
...and thanks for running such a cool giveaway with us :)
Best,
Andrea
Andrea ROCKS! She has been so helpful over the years. HIGHLY recommend!

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Best,

Great app and great support. This app makes it so much easier for running giveaways, and Andre the owner gave such important insight and support its more valuable than the app itself, will definately be using more of their services.
Hey there 👋
It was a pleasure helping you set everything up, and I’m glad the insights were useful.
Cheers,
Andrea
Simple, effective, easy to use. Highly recommend.
Love this app!
I'm blown away by the support! Andrea has been absolutely amazing with helping us transition from Viral Sweep to Giveaway Ninja. From quick responses to adding features to uploading all previous orders so entries are properly allocated, Giveaway Ninja has made this a very easy swap!
10/10 product, 12/10 service.
Hey!
Thanks for the kind words... it's been a pleasure working with your team!
And most importantly, thanks for the feedback: it directly helped us ship a set of new amazing features that other brands will definitely love 💪
Cheers,
Andrea
Incredible tool with an incredible founder. I have never had someone help me as much or as fast. Everything is easy to setup, and just works out of the box like it should. The other giveaway tools out there are complicated, more expensive, and don't justify their price compared to Giveaway Ninja. Actually, GN has more useful features I've found. This is THE giveaway tool for Shopify.
