We've been extremely pleased with both the Giveback app and Ian, the developer behind it. As we've launched our new fundraiser program at The Gardener's Workshop, Ian has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. He has been quick to answer questions, implement updates, and work through ideas with us along the way.
The Giveback app has provided a simple and effective way for us to support our community through fundraising while allowing us to manage everything directly within the Shopify store we already use every day.
We look forward to continuing to grow our fundraiser program with Giveback and highly recommend both the app and Ian to anyone looking for a fundraising solution for Shopify.
GiveBack is an absolute essential for the fundraising element of our business. We have a traditional paper fundraiser including a line form and brochure. GiveBack allows us to offer our customers, including schools, churches, and youth programs the ability to fundraise online. GiveBack (correctly) calculates the profit for each group based on the total sale. Additionally, the developer has added fields for the first name and last name of the salesperson in the fundraising group, if applicable. The developer has been responsive to our feature requests, and we are optimistic he will continue to build out GiveBack now and in the future. All in all we highly recommend GiveBack and AlamoApps.
I'm so grateful we found this app! There are hardly any apps that support for-profit fundraising and GiveBack made it possible for us to run our new fundraising website on Shopify. Ian is very helpful, responsive and timely, even working with our specific websites needs! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to expand their fundraising or donations to an online space.
