It does what it says, and answers our customers questions with knowledgeable responses that are clear and easy to understand, and asks follow-ups when required to clarify the customers needs and expectations. The app learns all about our site, products and documentation and provides thorough advice and answers without hallucinations. 5 stars!

Overall, Alhena / Gleen is a good chatbot : it provides answers quickly, in a good readable format. It is easy to answer chats, it is easy to train the chatbot. Everything is straight to the point.

This AI is not like the usual, it will memorize your store and answer customer questions based on your actual store. It is very informative and so far I have only had a couple of glitches which I have reached out to the support team and had very helpful friendly staff take care of my issues immediately. Highly recommend trying the free version first if you are a small business.
