Hi,
We understand your frustration and we’re sorry you faced this issue. Just to clarify: our team at Digital Takeout provides support for this app – not Global Blue.
About billing: Shopify controls all app payments. If the app is uninstalled, no new charges are made, but invoices already generated may still be collected by Shopify.
If you send us an email at support@digitaltakeout.es, we’ll check your account right away and make sure everything is sorted out.
Thanks for your feedback – it helps us improve.

We’re sorry to hear that. Support is handled by Digital Takeout, not Global Blue. Please contact us at support@digitaltakeout.es so we can review your issue directly. We reply to every message and will make sure your app is working correctly.
Many stores are already using it successfully on web and Shopify POS.
