Globe: Výdejní místa & doprava

We have been using Globe for over a year now; it is a great solution for pickup points and shipment automation at this price point. It’s a very user friendly app with clearly outlined documentation. And if you struggle, there is always someone to help.

Musím říci, že jsem s aplikací a hlavně s technickou podporou maximálně spokojen! Pán mi pomohl celé nastavení zvládnout rychle, hladce a bez jediného problému - vše bylo perfektně vysvětleno a profesionálně nastaveno. Oceňuji hlavně vstřícnost, ochotu a rychlou reakci. Aplikace funguje velmi dobře. Skvělá je online podpora, kdy opravdu vždy, když potřebuji něco řešit, poradit nebo upravit během pár minut přes online chat tvůrci reagují a vždy mi pomohou. Spolupráci s appfleece máme i nad rámec aplikace a mohu s klidným svědomím doporučit.

Great and immediate help from the support team with the implementation of the app on our e-shop. We had several specific requirements for shipping methods that couldn’t be set directly in the user interface, but their team was able to easily adjust and customize the app to meet our needs. I also highly appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the entire app. It’s the perfect plugin for expanding and growing a network of carriers.

We use Globe after switching from another solution and for me great! The variety of providers is great and the UX of the app towards customers is awesome. The benefit for ours is the further development of the app and the potential to connect carriers via API.
Support for the app is great - fast, helpful.

We used to use different apps like Zásilkovna (Digismoothie) for pickup points, but this one can handle multiple carriers, the settings is great, much more customizations, custom e-mail sender domain and the support is just amazing. Manually adding pickup points for clients is a bit non-intuitive, but it's not very common. App can work with multiple markets, countries and languages (there are some limitations, but it's still the best I've seen).

Connection to pick-up points from different carriers in one application? Something like that was missing here. It works great and also if a problem is found, they make sure that it is fixed as soon as possible. Recommend.

This app has made managing our orders so much easier. Exporting orders to Zasilkovna and printing shipping labels is now just a one-click process, making everything much faster. We also love the support for various shipping providers and the easy and straightforward integration with our distribution center. The automatic rounding for cash on delivery orders and the clear pick-up point selection at checkout are huge perks. The Globe app has saved us a ton of time and improved our fulfillment efficiency. Highly recommend!
