Excellent app and outstanding customer support
The app works perfectly with FOXPOST, GLS and MPL pickup points, including our separate card payment and cash-on-delivery shipping options.
We had a configuration issue, and Adam was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. He investigated everything carefully, found the exact cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly.
I’m really happy with both the app and the excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much! Happy to hear FOXPOST, GLS and MPL all run perfectly alongside your card and COD options. Tricky configurations are our favourite puzzles — reach out anytime! 😊
We have been using Globe Pickup Points on our Shopify store for a while now and we are very happy with it. The service is extremely quick, super useful and always ready to help! Would definitely recommend!
Useful app that solved our issued with generating DPD labels (Czechia). Incredible support that goes above and beyond.
100% recommended!
We compared a bunch of apps for an enterprise client before landing on Globe, for both its feature completeness and great support from the developers
Thank you! Being chosen after a thorough comparison is the best compliment we could ask for. We'll keep the features and support coming! 🚀
5 stars is not enough. Had trouble with a carrier and they fixed the issue within an hour. Excellent.
Skvela okamzita podpora. Hodinu jsem se snazila vyresit jeden problem, kde to pan developer udelal za me za par minut a jeste poradil jak to nastaveni vylepsit. Doporucuji 100%.
Skvělá aplikace, se kterou jsme opravdu spokojeni. Pomáhá nám nabídnout zákazníkům pohodlnější a příjemnější nákupní zkušenost, zejména v závěrečné části nákupu. Jednoduché nastavení a bezproblémové fungování. Rozhodně doporučujeme.
Jednoznačně 5*. Fantastická podpora a hluboká konfigurabilita. Náš obchod není nejmenší a udělalo mi velkou radost když všechna naše specifika šlo v pohodě ošetřit.
Skvělá a rychlá podpora s nastavením.
This is a wonderful app, and thank you so much Adam for all the great help and assistance
