GLO Color Swatch Variant Image

Good support experience. Sarah and the GLO team were helpful in checking our technical questions with their development team and providing CSS solutions for our Shopify theme integration. We especially appreciated their help with hiding single-value options and preventing Dawn’s native variant picker from flashing before GLO loads.

Some of our more technical questions required a few follow-ups, but the team remained friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Just installed the app and couldn't find the functionality I needed so jumped on chat and lovely Helen helped me to set things up and stayed with me to make sure it all worked. Unfortunately after getting everything set up I found that I couldn't add more than one product group without upgrading the plan to the top level. Disappointing there wasn't another option as I don't need the full functionality of the app as it doesn't work for my store setup. I'll still give the app a try and see what happens.

Helen replied to my questions quickly and professionally. It’s great to know this app is optimized for Shopify so it doesn't negatively impact page speed, which is crucial for customers' experience. Good app but a bit glitchy sometimes. Support does solve your problems very fast, but you have to be checking the proper functionality time to time.

It’s good, even the free version for me was enough of what I need which is just the quantity bundles with dropdown menu. Could’ve saved me a lot of money if I used it earlier.
