Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and all I can say is that this app is amazing and customer support is consistently phenomenal. Menu is very customisable. From customising the menu to migrating to a new theme, the support is just amazing since I first used it. This is by far one of the apps with the best customer support. Just get this app, I highly recommend this app!

The Free Plan is working excellent so far. Has all kinds of menu options available with all the necessary customizations to suit your theme. If you're looking for basic larger menu with submenus to give your store a more sleek and clean look, this will do just the thing. Change the fonts, sizes, color themes to match your store and it will look and feel like it came by default. Good!

Looks great and easy to use, but after you set it all up there are glitches. On a Desktop view, you cannot click on the checkout cart on your website. I contacted tech support, but there was no response to fix this issue. We installed it since we had so many complaints from our customers and who knows how many people on a desktop could not check out their purchase, so they left our site.

Please upgrade to Professional to display the menu items on your Online Store. Publish Go to Pricing * This is the message i received when trying to publish. I even deleted everything and tried to do a blank one and the same message popped up. So i'm uninstalling. It was nice tho

We have just implemented this app on our new site. We had some initial issues with the menu not responding on mobile dvices, however the team at Globo were able to fix this for us in a timely manner. The menu looks fantastic & works perfectly now! Highly recommend this app as the support team actually cares (unlike some others) & the UI is easy to navigate to build your menu & publish to theme.

Ik gebruik deze app voor het maken van Menu's op mijn dropship website. Omdat ik een store met veel producten maak is het erg belangrijk dat mijn klanten makkelijk en overzichtelijk de weg vinden. Ik heb meerdere app's geprobeerd en met name de support uitgetest. Deze app is toch wel de winnaar, ik liep tegen een paar problemen aan maar er wordt bijna instant gereageerd op de mails! Een aanrader!

Awesome app! At first I was annoyed and overwhelmed with the app because there is a slight learning curve, but after I got the hang of it, I realized how amazing this app is and the unlimited potential. I had a great experience with the Helpdesk support. I don't think the menu builder is 100% intuitive and there were some bugs I couldn't figure out on my own (especially as a free user). The Helpdesk guys were more than willing to exchange 10+ emails with me to get the outcome I wanted! So even if the product is great but the tools are not 100% awesome their Helpdesk is more than willing to get you to where you want to be!
