Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

This app is a good value for the amount of options there are, with really excellent customer service and the team offers solutions right away. However when setting up, I was under the impression that the tools I was using was part of the free tier, which felt misleading at first however app was still worth paying for compared to other prices on the market.

Sarah from support helped me with an issue where the menu bar wasn't displaying properly.
The support response was fast and accurate.
The problem was resolved and the menu bar I wanted is now displayed correctly.
The menu bar is highly customizable, so I was able to create the one I wanted.

This app is great, works with no issues and lets you configure your menu visually which is much better than Shopify menu builder.

We had some issues, coming from another app injecting some bad code right above the globo embed, and Sarah from Globo support helped us debug the issue, identify the bad code and remove that other app - and once again the Globo mega menu app works perfectly.

The Customer service team was exceptionally helpful in resolving my issue on using an incorrect format for my images and then eventually the problem was solved thanks to a friendly team member. Definitely recommend this subscription for anyone looking for customisable mega menu options.

The app is good for the price.

However, it sorely lacks flexibility and customization between the mobile Mega menu and the PC version.

It makes sense that you wouldn't want to display items the same way on a PC and a mobile device.

And the only way to do that is to ask support to code it.

Luckily, Sarah from support was there and very responsive!

Otherwise, I would have given it a bad rating.

Because having to use CSS just to change image sizes on mobile devices is not normal when you consider that 80% of users are on mobile devices.

What's more, it's CSS that has to be done by their developers, because it's very specific.

It's complicated to do it yourself.

Menus can get confusing quickly. This app lets you create robust menus easily. We had a little display issue with a second mega menu on one page and it was resolved quickly. Support is topnotch.

I can honestly say this is a great menu app for both desktop and mobile in one. Also multi-language and really outstanding support from Sarah and the rest of the dev-team.

I checked out multiple menu-apps and even one of the most decorated, but this one had the same functions (mobile and desktop friendly) in 1.
