Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

We've been using it for a long time and have used others before, but none of them are as simple and good as this one for what we need. Customer service is also excellent and helps us out in a timely manner.

Globo Mega Menu is an absolutely fantastic app for customizing header navigation options! The flexibility and range of features it offers make it incredibly easy to create a professional and user-friendly menu for any website.

What truly sets this app apart is its outstanding customer support. Sarah, in particular, deserves a huge shoutout for her phenomenal assistance. She went above and beyond to address all my queries and fulfill every custom requirement I had. Her patience, expertise, and prompt responses made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

If you're looking for a reliable and customizable mega menu app with exceptional support, I highly recommend Globo Mega Menu. It's a game-changer for website navigation!

Not too happy, spent 4 hours creating a menu based on their template they give us. I publish it doesnt work as intended, support takes 24 hours to tell me that one item that is in the default free menu is paid...so in short. They add a non functional element in the free plan to force you to upgrade.

The menu structure was easy to configure, and I was able to create menus effortlessly.
Although I encountered some issues due to a problem with the theme I’m using, the support team responded quickly and was very helpful.

Offers the best combination of features I've found amongst several mega menu apps that we've tried. Full control over menu item text, background and hover colors, tons of mega menu options and ability to publish into each theme separately. Seems like they are newer and still maturing functionality of the editor but support has been great to work with and very responsive.

I will explain, point by point, why you should not install this app, without any emotion.

#1. The top menu is visible in the header, but it is not possible to add a logo to this app.
#2. The app has features like login, register, logout, and my account links, but these features are not functioning. When we asked, we were told they do not work in the new version of the app. This is the first time we have seen an app updated without removing non-functioning features. Even when you manually add links like login/logout/register, they do not work correctly.
#3. The support agents know nothing about the app. Their English is at a beginner level, and even the developers do not speak English.
#4. The CSS is not responsive. Images do not shrink or grow. If you want to see images that appear in desktop size on mobile and tablet, you can install this app.
#5. The search function does not work.
#6. Icons should use SVG, but they use images instead. Your site will slow down, and you will face SEO issues. Additionally, the icons are not responsive.
#7. There is no custom CSS area. Settings are limited, and there are other bugs in the app.
#8. No one, including the developers, is helping to fix the issues. Instead, they respond as if they are dismissing you by saying your requests are special and they cannot help you, suggesting you look for another app.

Simple d'utilisation et permet de faire des sous menus imbriqués de qualité. Support technique rapide et efficace pour corriger les quelques bugs que j'avais.

Wow! This app has evolved over the past few years.

Very pleasant to work with! (Doesn't work with Firefox, use Chrome...)
Instant help from helpdesk.

Very well made app with a lot of features! We have been using it on our store for a few years now and love the functionality that it allows. Support is also really amazing, I've had issues fixed within an hour of contacting them via live chat even if it's the middle of the night where they are located. Thanks!

I've really enjoyed using the Globo Mega Menu, and it's not just because of how it neatens up website navigation. What really stood out for me was how awesome their customer service is. I had this specific need to flip the menu orientation to go from right to left, making it more natural for reading in Arabic. The team behind it didn't just listen; they jumped right in and made those changes happen quickly. It's refreshing to see such responsiveness and willingness to accommodate users' needs.
