Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Globo is the best mega menu we've tried! Not only that but their customer service is incredible - always helping us update the code if a new version of Shopify stops it working properly. Thank you!

Very useful app! I recommend this if you want a menu more than 3 layers down. Thank you very much for the help!

Easy to use with flexible menu design options and responsive support team (Helen) who helped to get my menu showing correctly on my store within hours of my request.

The support from the CS and DEV teams has been very responsive. We had some issues with the app working correctly on our theme. The issues were resolved promptly.

Tanto el equipo técnico como Sarah me han atendido estupendamente, me han solucionado el problema que tenía de forma eficaz y rápida. Estoy muy contenta por la atención, amabilidad y solución rápida.

Look, my review is entirely about the customer service team. Seriously, their customer service team is absolutely phenomenal. The app wasn't showing on my website, so I messaged them on the weekend, expecting a reply on the next business day, but nope, they literally replied right away and solved the problem throughout the weekend, constantly remaining in touch with me. S+ customer service.

Took all afternoon to set it up then had issues installing. Very tedious to work with. Photos didn't instinctively resize - just very frustrating to work with. Finally got it all set up and it would not override my existing menu. Then had to delete out old menu to get this one in only to find it was not at all a good fit to my theme. Took 6 hours for customer support to respond which was way too long for me to sit waiting on a poor menu installation. Evidently there is a 12 hour time difference from USA and this app owner. No thanks.
