Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

I was super excited to wake up with my Globo Mega Menu updated to my new website theme. When I changed from a summer to fall site, the icons had disappeared. A quick outreach to Sarah, Annie and Elise was all I needed to to to get back on track :-)

Great app for creating a professional and user-friendly mega menu on Shopify. It is easy to use, highly customizable, and works well on both desktop and mobile. It has helped us organize products, collections, and promotions much more clearly. The support team is also responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

It works great, and the service team is very professional; they resolved my issue quickly and perfectly.

could not ask for better help sent a message and woke up to all issues fixed.

El trato del soporte es exquisito, dedicado, proactivo con problemas y de acceso muy rapido, no tengo ninguna duda que seguire usando globo por mucho tiempo.

It was a little bit difficult to communicate with the agents but things got done with patience.

Competent customer service support and good, intuitive app usability, along with a solid range of features.

Giving it 3 stars because we regularly run into issues, but we do get good responses from their team to help fix them.

Great Customer Support. Fixe an issue we were having with a draft theme and they were fast about it. Thanks Sarah, your help is appreciated.

Annie best fast problem solver, Highly recommended
