Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Offers the best combination of features I've found amongst several mega menu apps that we've tried. Full control over menu item text, background and hover colors, tons of mega menu options and ability to publish into each theme separately. Seems like they are newer and still maturing functionality of the editor but support has been great to work with and very responsive.

I will explain, point by point, why you should not install this app, without any emotion.

#1. The top menu is visible in the header, but it is not possible to add a logo to this app.
#2. The app has features like login, register, logout, and my account links, but these features are not functioning. When we asked, we were told they do not work in the new version of the app. This is the first time we have seen an app updated without removing non-functioning features. Even when you manually add links like login/logout/register, they do not work correctly.
#3. The support agents know nothing about the app. Their English is at a beginner level, and even the developers do not speak English.
#4. The CSS is not responsive. Images do not shrink or grow. If you want to see images that appear in desktop size on mobile and tablet, you can install this app.
#5. The search function does not work.
#6. Icons should use SVG, but they use images instead. Your site will slow down, and you will face SEO issues. Additionally, the icons are not responsive.
#7. There is no custom CSS area. Settings are limited, and there are other bugs in the app.
#8. No one, including the developers, is helping to fix the issues. Instead, they respond as if they are dismissing you by saying your requests are special and they cannot help you, suggesting you look for another app.

We are using the Menu for 2 years now, it is simply perfect. You can do anything with this menu, add photos, create a lot of links, it is elegant and easy to work with. The price is nothing for this kind of app. Support help me in few minutes today. This app is a such a blessing :)

I've really enjoyed using the Globo Mega Menu, and it's not just because of how it neatens up website navigation. What really stood out for me was how awesome their customer service is. I had this specific need to flip the menu orientation to go from right to left, making it more natural for reading in Arabic. The mega menu app is super versatile, and combined with my site's design wonderfully. It has a wide range of design options available, and the interface for setting it up is very intuitive. Sarah has been extremely helpful so far with helping us set up our menu. There was some weird formatting going on, which she and the dev team were able to resolve quickly. This app has improved the quality of our navigation menu tremendously.
