Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

Excellent menu app and outstanding customer support!

I've been very happy with Globo Mega Menu. I was able to build my store's navigation exactly the way I wanted it, and it was easy to customize even though I chose a simpler dropdown-style menu rather than a more elaborate mega menu.

The customer support has been outstanding. They have been extremely helpful, patient, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance, and they worked hard to resolve a recent issue I had with my menu. I really appreciate having both a flexible app and a support team that genuinely takes the time to help.

Overall, I'm very happy with Globo Mega Menu and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify merchants.

I had a great experience with Globo Mega Menu! They helped me quickly and efficiently to turn my desktop menu into a mobile-friendly burger menu. The support was fast, professional, and very accommodating. They understood exactly what I needed and got everything working smoothly.

Highly recommended for their excellent service and great customer support!

Globo Mega Menu has really helped elevate our store. It's easy to navigate and their customer service team goes above and beyond to help. Nora really made sure to help with any design customizations we wanted and made sure we were really happy with our whole experience. Would highly recommend.

I've been looking for a mega menu app like this, and Globo Mega Menu is exactly what I needed. It was very easy to set up, and I didn't have a hard time using it at all. The support is also excellent, special thanks to Annie for responding so quickly and assisting me throughout the process. Highly recommended if you're looking for a powerful yet user-friendly mega menu app!

This is by far the best menu platform we've tried. Even the free version offers several outstanding features that outperform the other menu interfaces we've used. The customer support team is also incredibly responsive and efficient, always quick to help resolve any issues we encounter. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it.

So far, the experience has been very positive; the free version offers various formats and configurations, and we are currently testing it to evaluate the possibility of purchasing a plan. Support has been 10/10—they assist and collaborate on the installation and setup process quickly and efficiently.

A very good app that is easy to install and configure. The JSON import and export functionality is particularly useful.

However, the mobile optimisation needs improvement. There is no option to preview the menu on mobile, only desktop. Advanced CSS changes are also not reflected in the preview, so the only way to check CSS customisations is to publish them to a draft theme.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Globo Mega Menu. The app is professional, flexible, and makes it easy to create beautiful, well-organised navigation for both desktop and mobile.

What truly makes it exceptional is the support team. Their support is honestly the best we have experienced with any Shopify app—always kind, patient, fast, and genuinely willing to help, even with very specific custom requests.

A fantastic app supported by an amazing team. We highly recommend it!

Amazing software, has transformed our site. When custom features were needed they were created in under 24 hours. And anytime we need support on changes or any amendments they are always made fast and correct.
