The Globo Menu is very nice and easy to configure, making setup quick and stress-free. The interface is user-friendly and works smoothly without complications. Customer support is also good, responsive, and helpful when needed. Helen from the support team is especially helpful and good in understanding the issue to resolve.

We experienced an issue where another app caused our store to break, forcing us to place the site into maintenance mode. Despite it ultimately having nothing to do with this app, Sarah and the team went above and beyond to investigate the issue, help troubleshoot, and get our store back up and running as quickly as possible.

I've been using Globo Mega Menu for my store and it's been a fantastic tool for creating professional navigation menus. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive and the customization options are extensive.

She quickly identified the problem and fixed it in no time. Her professionalism and efficiency were outstanding - she really went above and beyond to help.

I had a particular type of menu in mind. After trying multiple menu apps, this was the only app that could deliver this type of menu. Very pleased with the setup and options in the app.
I had a technical problem and Annie was able to help me very quickly.

Great app and support team. We wanted to make our meniu wider and with smaller vertical gaps. I could not do it in the app myself, so I contacted the support team and they made it to my liking in 10 minutes. Great support.

fantastic app that is easy to use and full of customisation features to really enhance our store, exactly what we was looking for. We moved from another app which was much more confusing and a lot less features for the same price.

I haven’t tried other similar apps yet, but here’s my experience. The app offers plenty of customization options for colors, typography, sizes, and menu positioning.

However, it doesn’t import your existing Shopify menu, you have to rebuild it entirely. Also, once you choose your block layout (1, 2, 3+ columns with images), it can’t easily be changed later. If your catalog grows and you want a different structure, you’ll need to start over with a new block. If you want this kind of presentation.

Overall, it’s powerful but not very flexible for future adjustments.
On the positive side, the support team is excellent!

Using this app in a second shop now, in the first shop, already for a few years...We doesnt have any single problem with this app, which is extremely rare nowadays. Works 100%. I am very thankful for this beautiful app. Thanks again...
