The app is easy to understand and simple to use. The direct visual representation when editing the navigation bar is very helpful.

The support is also fantastic. I have received quick and helpful feedback on my requests. I am very satisfied with the app and the support.

have been using globe menu since the end of jan 2024, and its been great. the support is very helpful and quick to get back to me. I just had updated to the latest theme version and they quickly got my menu back up and running on It.
Update: today I had an issue with the menu and it is evening hours for them, and they still quickly got the issue fixed for me within 30 minutes. Thank you very much for always being fast to help with issues.

After publishing the Menu for the first time it worked fine. When we made some changes and tried to publish it again the Menu didnt change at all. It says you need to wait a couple minutes, but after 3 times of waiting at least 2 hours we are done with this application. Support did respond to our problem but didnt do anything about it. Only 2 stars because it is kinda easy to use.

Absolutely outstanding support!
We had a problem with the mapping of the menu in the mobile area. However, this was our fault because the settings didn't fit and the communication to the theme had to be adapted in the CSS.

Zack, boom, bang, contacted support and shortly afterwards everything was perfect.

The app is highly recommended and makes it much easier to set up the menu structure.

This app seemed to offer a little more than the other mega menu options out there. I preferred the look of the mobile menu as well. Once downloading the app, I found it easy to use. After getting familiar with the app, i found myself needing some customization help and tbh I have had LOTS of questions. The team has been very helpful with their responses. I would prefer quicker responses but I understand they are in a different timezone so i just plan accordingly. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to help with all of my questions. Looking forward to publishing my new menu very soon!

10/21/2025 follow up: The team is still very responsive and always available to help when I need it. I recently updated my theme and there was a line break issue with one of my tabs on mobile. Sarah from the team was able to fix it the same day.

Works fantastic with our theme and offers a lot of styling and functions otherwise not available with the built in navigation. The support team are also on "rapid response" :) and check and fix things in real time.

All queries have been answered and sorted instantly, Helen especially helpful
