Excellent menu app and outstanding customer support!

I've been very happy with Globo Mega Menu. I was able to build my store's navigation exactly the way I wanted it, and it was easy to customize even though I chose a simpler dropdown-style menu rather than a more elaborate mega menu.

The customer support has been outstanding. They have been extremely helpful, patient, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance, and they worked hard to resolve a recent issue I had with my menu. I really appreciate having both a flexible app and a support team that genuinely takes the time to help.

This is by far the best menu platform we've tried. Even the free version offers several outstanding features that outperform the other menu interfaces we've used. A very good app that is easy to install and configure. The JSON import and export functionality is particularly useful.

However, the mobile optimisation needs improvement. There is no option to preview the menu on mobile, only desktop. Advanced CSS changes are also not reflected in the preview, so the only way to check CSS customisations is to publish them to a draft theme.
