Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

I love this app and menu. Lots of options to customize and makes a huge difference for conversion on my site. Their customer service is also very responsive and quick to help. Would highly recommend.

This mega menu has completely changed the look and functionality of my site! I can now offer more options to my customers in a more organized and visually appealing way. The team at Globo(who I have used on a few apps) has been very responsive and have helped me customize my menu to my exact liking. I would 10/10 recommend this app and the team at Globo!

✓ app support team provides outstanding, attentive customer service

✓ we presented and they delivered our wishlist of menu with creativity, willingness, showing the adaptive power of menu features, capabilities

✓ prompt, professional, respectful communications

✓ knowledgable about other popular sites' menus so can demonstrate ideas

✓ makes menu easily readable, selectable on mobile

Really slow on our store. Pretty sure this is hurting our SEO on google as this is a Javascript. The links won't pull to google to rank.
This menu also has a major delay.
Hard to get any real support from this app. Have had a lot of issues so far

so far so good.

I had some issues with switching between themes while maintaining the globe mega menu functions. We exchanged several emails and they always supported me and solved all the problems I was having with the live app. Super kind and efficient.

Globo mega menu - great new interface update. So easy to use. Well done team. Sarah and the team are so amazingly helpful in making adjustments for us so that our Globo menu looks and works outstanding! Such a great response. Always improving on the product. Well done team Globo.

I've used Globo for a couple of years with no problem. It was easy to set up and makes our website navigation much more user friendly and attractive. Recently, there was some type of problem with the menu that I didn't understand. I contacted Globo tech support and they jumped on it and solved the problem very quickly. This type of service and support is not only very necessary these days but much appreciated! Definitely five stars.

Sarah helped me with a vital setting, great customer service!
