Dolia quickly helped resolve a custom costs and shipping issue I was facing, and her support was top-notch. While I’d give Dolia a 5-star rating for her expertise and professionalism, I believe the app itself could benefit from some fine-tuning in areas like custom cost adjustments before I give it a full 5 stars.
