GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

Great app, even free version offers enough features to start. They need to improve mobile app visually and fuctionally though.

The GoAffPro app offers a good level of flexibility and customization. However, there are several frustrating issues that greatly diminish the overall experience.

Firstly, the default email notifications cannot be edited unless you upgrade to the premium plan. Unfortunately, the default Japanese translation in the app is so poorly done that **all texts require complete rewriting**. As a result, for Japanese users, the free plan is essentially unusable.

I even offered to provide GoAffPro with a flawless Japanese translation for the email notifications — something that would benefit not only my business but also other Japanese shops. Instead of considering this improvement, they chose to push me toward subscribing to the premium plan.

What’s even more frustrating is their customer service. Responses are often unprofessional, unhelpful, and lack basic courtesy. The support team repeatedly provides the same tutorial links that don’t address the actual issues. They seem either unwilling or unable to understand the problems at hand.

Additionally, changes are made to the app without any prior notice, and previously customized templates are frequently reset to their default settings — causing additional inconvenience.

To make matters worse, customer service replies do not include the name or contact information of the representative, making it difficult to hold anyone accountable or follow up effectively.

Overall, while the app has potential, its poor support, lack of communication, and unstable functionality make it hard to recommend.

I just jumped across from another app as I found GOAFFPRO had a much better offering. I am launching a new brand, and so am relatively new to the world of affiliate marketing and I found GOAFFPRO to be a really easy system to integrate for beginners. I'm really pleased with how it operates both from the seller side and the affiliates' side. Plus their support team were extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about the Goaffpro Shopify app! It's truly a game-changer for our business. The app is loaded with features that have streamlined our affiliate marketing process and boosted our sales. The best part? Their support team is top-notch. It is the first affiliate application plugin of our website. While its functionalities are limited, it's one of the best choices for a newly established website in my opinion. It provides sufficient tracking capabilities and offers adequate information in its reports. The operation is quite straightforward, especially if you are familiar with affiliate logic,you can easily become proficient in using the program through self-exploration. What has touched me the most is that the support team is always quick to respond to any issues, no matter when they arise.

Unfortunately, the app can no longer be opened recently. In the corresponding area, "Just a moment" (or something similar) flashes very briefly, then the screen goes white. Thus, GOAFFPRO must unfortunately be removed from our store again.

It works very well, we received a lot of orders through this app and our customers are happy they can get the commission. The customer service is very good and helped us to solve a lot of problems. Thank you very much and I will highly recommend you to others!

What a great app with quick response when you are in need of support. I absolutely recommend it. I have been struggling with commission payments and calculations for my distributors but with this software, I found an easy solution to my problems and no more working 18 hours in a day calculating commission payments.

We recently launched our Shopify store and use GoAffPro – Affiliate Marketing to track registered affiliates and commissionable sales. Shortly after the website became active, we discovered an issue concerning how the sales information displayed to our affiliates. We thought it might require custom development work to solve, but the GoAffPro support team responded to our concern within a few hours and provided the solution within the application settings. We have only had a small amount of time working with this application but are happy with the results so far.

After using the app for longer, having 100's of affiliates we had issue's with some of the platforms functions and attribution. They claim its due to our google ads that sales are not attributed, which could be true but:

A: We didn't make any changes in google ads for months and suddenly a ton of sales got 0 commission because of google ads
B: They refused to even help / think with us and simply didn't respond|
C: They refused to offer any sort of solution or help us think through how to solve it.

Overall we lost a lot of good rep with our affiliates, GoAffPro left us hanging and was quite snarky / non-helpful.

Would not recommend. We have the most expensive plan so dont expect much support.
