GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

You cannot beat this for the price. The functionality is amazing, the team is super responsive. Sure, you don't have EVERY feature you can ever imagine, but for the monthly cost, the UI is intuitive, it has what you need, just works the way it should. We could not be happier.

The app itself is very useful and convenient. However, I recently encountered an issue with my email. The email account I have linked with GoAffPro to send affiliate emails started bouncing messages back since last week. Strangely, when I use the same email to contact other customers—including my own Gmail—it works perfectly, with no issues sending or receiving.

I reached out to GoAffPro support through their chat window and followed their instructions to email their management address, but I never received a reply. When I asked again why I hadn’t heard back from their technical team, they said the technicians would contact me directly. Yet they kept insisting they never received any of my emails. I even tried sending from three different email accounts, but their only response was arrogantly saying it must be my problem. Meanwhile, I communicate daily with my customers without any issues at all.

Both their support and technical staff came across as arrogant and impolite, often rushing to end the conversation. This makes me wonder if Chinese sellers are not being treated with the same respect as others.

Although I don’t have many alternatives and will continue to use the app because of its functionality, I am genuinely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of courtesy and the dismissive attitude in their responses.

One of the best affiliate apps, the support team is super responsive and finds a solution to your problem very quickly. We've been using Goaffpro for almost 3 years now, and I'm still amazed that they don't charge for the features in the free version. Honestly, there's nothing better out there. You have all the features you need to boost your e-commerce shop with affiliate marketing. I recommend it 100%.

Unfortunately, this app does not work for us. Despite all our marketing efforts, it appears not fulfilling our purpose. Our business is over controlled by them. All of our marketing materials and digital assets are connected with their domains. That makes it hard to promote our own brand. We believe there is a better one out there that can do a better job instead of paying for this software that basically does not perform well. It is also too expensive for small business owners. We do not recommend it.

This platform has been a game-changer for us. It covers every detail our team and affiliates need, all in one place. The support crew is equally impressive - fast, reliable, and always ready with clear answers that keep our operations running smoothly. Five stars don’t seem like enough for the value they deliver!

GoAffPro has been an absolute game-changer for my Shopify store! The customer support is lightning-fast and incredibly helpful - they respond within hours and go above and beyond to solve any issues. The app offers professional-grade tools including comprehensive analytics, customizable commission structures, multi-level marketing capabilities, and seamless Shopify integration that rival expensive enterprise solutions.

GOAFFPRO is an outstanding and incredibly user-friendly affiliate marketing platform. It offers a wide range of powerful features that make managing affiliates easy and efficient. The interface is intuitive, even for beginners, and everything just works smoothly. What really stands out is their customer support — fast, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable affiliate solution!

The app is awesome, tracks everything we and our affiliates need. Very comprehensive and when we need support they are on top of it, emailing us back the answers to our questions within minutes during normal business hours which keeps us rolling.

Can't thank them enough, if there were 10 stars we would hit that for sure.

Fantastic App with Outstanding Support!

GoAffPro has been an absolute game-changer for our store. It’s easy to set up, packed with features, and makes managing affiliates simple and efficient. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service, it’s genuinely some of the best I’ve experienced. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, their team has responded quickly and gone above and beyond to assist. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to grow their business through affiliate marketing!

I have not been using the app for that long, but it is very easy to set up use. The features are great and allows you to quickly get affiliates on board and working to promote your site.
