GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

I've been using Goaffpro for over a year now and I'm delighted with the application: it's easy to use and intuitive! We have many options for creating a dynamic program. The team is super responsive in case of need and support!

We use GoAffPro on several Shopify stores and it's a very solid affiliate platform - easy to set up, flexible commission rules, and plenty of customization options.

What really stands out is their customer support. We had a small issue with payment setup on one store and their team responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue within half an hour. Reliable, responsive, and professional.

The marketplace for Spanish influencers is not curated. Usually invites are ignored by the influencers, or they send you to an agency which is wiling to make promotion in exchange for an additional fee.
The app configuration is cumbersome, with options scattered in different pages. Look & feel is not consistent with Shopify Experience. Overall I feel like I've wasted the money I paid for the subscription.

EU merchants be beware: this app does not offer a downloadable or signable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Under GDPR, a signed DPA is legally required when personal data is processed on your behalf.
Without it, you’re not compliant. Until this is fixed, this app is not safe to use for EU businesses.
