GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

best influenzer app and support out there! Works great for tracking influenzer Sales, great support and fair pricing!

We've had a very positive experience with the GoAffPro team. Whenever we had questions or encountered technical issues, the support team responded quickly, professionally, and with a genuine willingness to help.

What stands out most is their responsiveness and commitment to finding solutions, even for more specific setup requirements. The platform itself offers a wide range of affiliate marketing features and has been a valuable tool for managing and scaling our affiliate program.

Thank you to the entire team for the excellent support and continuous improvements. We highly recommend GoAffPro to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable affiliate marketing solution.

I've been using Goaffpro for years now and can say it's amazing. The support team is also very helpful and responsive, which are equally important to a well functioning app. I believe the issues others have faced with coupon scraping will arise no matter what app you use, so our strategy is to only use referral links for affiliate commissions, whilst coupon codes are used solely for promotional campaigns and are cycled out regularly. The app handles our needs well :)

We've had a great experience using GoAffPro for our affiliate program.

The platform offers an impressive range of features and provides everything needed to run and scale a professional affiliate program. The setup was straightforward, and the flexibility of the system allows for many different use cases.

What stands out the most is the support team. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance with specific configurations, the team responded quickly and helped us find solutions. Their support has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Overall, GoAffPro is a powerful affiliate marketing platform with excellent functionality and outstanding customer support. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to build and manage an affiliate program.

I like the app itself, and I believe the team does a good job - provided the issue doesn't go beyond what is covered in the documentation.
Unfortunately, customer support has ghosted me and isn't responding to inquiries. This is a real shame, as I would have loved to find a mutually beneficial solution and establish a long-term partnership. I even told them they could simply let me know if they weren't interested in working together; that would have been perfectly fine, too.

Perhaps customer support struggled to put themselves in the customer's shoes and realize that not everyone is a software developer. From that perspective, I can understand why a conversation might have seemed more challenging than expected. However, in my view, handling such situations is precisely the job of customer support.

I’m giving two stars because simple inquiries are answered quickly and helpfully. That said, ghosting a customer is a remarkably disrespectful way to behave.

Beware. We discovered goaffpro affiliates were hijacking Rebuy and existing discount codes and utm parameters to lay claim and attribution for sales from customers already on our email and SMS lists so there is some very fraudulent business going on here and goaffpro knows it- we advised them and they did nothing. We paid out over $20K in fraudulent "affiliate commissions". They did nothing because they make a portion of that money too.

Not recommended for serious brands in the US market. The app lacks basic fraud protection against coupon leaks and automatic bots. It allows coupon aggregator websites (like Honey) to easily scrape codes and hijack regular customer sales, forcing you to pay unfair affiliate commissions. There is no active or quality marketplace to find real influencers. A total waste of time and ad budget.

Exceptional service - been using GoAffPro for years as part of several different companies. Support is always quick, informational, and helpful beyond belief. Functionality is continually improving, and granular options provide immense flexibility for handling affiliates.
