GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

**Update: The problem was actually resolved by further observing the interaction journey from site, to affiliate link, and also by way of the app. The link was broken and needed to be recoded in order to execute properly. The Studsmen Brand appreciates the timely manner of the Goaffpro support team reaching out, although we weren't available. When time permitted for a response, it was well and an apology issued on our behalf. This app does what its intended purposes is for, and we absolutely appreciate the Goaffpro - Affiliate Marketing team. Again, thank you for your time. Right now, only a rate of one star can be given at the moment. This app is actually helpful, but now the store is getting an error message on both desktop and mobile. The error message is 403 Reload. It's not loading at all, and it keeps stating that there is an invalid certificate. Pretty sure this can be resolved, and business can resume.

Absolutely loving this app! After downloading one that was wayy more expensive and after not getting a chance to even use it properly I got disheartened and massively out of pocket. I looked for a cheaper option but they all seemed to be missing functions or have other downfalls, then I found GoAffPro! What a relief! I can't believe this wasn't top of the blogger listsI was reading because it has everything a small business could need! I found it super easy to set-up (so I didn't keep putting it off like the last one) and if you get stuck you can just reach out for help. Anuj would email me back almost immediately and give me simple steps to follow, he even offered to transfer all my previous affiliates over for me.
It gives you the option to turn customers into affiliates not just influencers and they can all join up and manage their own discounts and rewards by logging into their own portal. Sooo impressed!!! I've not even gone through any of the high level aspects like multi level affiliates (pyramid type set-up). All of the functions I need and it's not breaking the bank so I couldn't rate it high enough! Very happy :-)

I am switching over my e-commerce shop to Shopify from Woocommerce and basically new to everything Shopify. I also needed an Affiliate plug-in that would work with my growing platform. I have to say Goaffpro was a great choice for my business. Everything is pretty easy to set up, I love there is a free plan to start so you do not have to put up any money until you are ready to and this will help me grow my brand in a way that works for me. The best part of this app is the SPEEDY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone I spoke to was super on top of everything and really put me at ease knowing that if I have any issues or concerns their tech/customer support responds within a day and works to resolve any issues immediately. As I grow my platform I will be staying with Goaffpro because, in all honesty, top-notch customer services and efficiency are very important to me and will take the crown when deciding who to work with and it gives me great peace of mind so I can focus on the more important task. Thank you Goaffpro for your kind and responsive platform. I can't think to take my Affiliate Marketing anywhere else you have made it so simple and easy and a pleasure to chat with, we are very grateful for your wonderful services.

I am a paid customer of Goaffpro, if you need more advanced and MLM features, this is the apps you should install. Before I tryout Goaffpro, I tested with other affiliate apps within these two years, some of the apps with great customer services, but the apps are with fewer options and features(Still good for a normal user). And some of the apps promise great features but not at all, and after a year I install again, still not see any improvement and don't mention the suck customer service, maybe they more well-known in the market but still, not worth the price and time at all.

I recommended Goaffpro because you will found the balance here; the price, the features, and the customer services. This is the best affiliate app for you if you need a lot of customizing for the payment settings, commission setting, sales target, MLM, affiliate content, and more. Their development team will listen to what you need and modify some code for you, and they already update some cool features when I using and testing for this app just about 2 months, this is what you need most when subscribing to any apps because they will improve to getting better! For the customer service, don't go for email support, its handle by the app developer and maybe busy to reply to you, you can go for their messenger support in Goaffpro FB page, you will get the best and great customer support there! Affiliates can share their link and the coupon on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as in emails and web pages, which is pretty terrific.

Initial setup was easy. At that time, you set up the default commission for all products in the store. After that, you can set commissions for individual products. When you set your logo for the affiliate portal, you want upload a banner-image, with logo graphic and store title. When you're done, check the affiliate page, which has a light blue background. If needed, adjust your banner image to match that background and go to Settings > Branding in the app to upload it.

At the moment, the affiliate page doesn't list product-links, and coupons are global, or per-affiliate. So it's a great app for a store with a single signature product, or where a single coupon works for everything, or where different affiliates have different coupons. They have a good track record, though, so I'm hoping for a bit more of the flexibility I need, in future.

At MeditateBetter.com, I created an affiliate commission for the signature (high-price) product, and used the Advanced settings to change the default affiliate link to go to that product instead of the main page. Then I created a one-time (global) coupon good for a discount. The default referral link goes to the main page, though, so I changed it point to that product.

And all of that was free! When I upgrade, I'll be able to create multi-level payouts, specify a custom URL for the affiliate portal (but the default portal URL isn't bad!), and set up a favicon for that portal. It will be worth doing, when the time comes. But in the meantime, I get great functionality and great support at a great price!
