Der Support ist unglaublich schnell und präzise, so wie man es sich wünscht. Daher gebe ich gerne dieses positive Feedback weiter!

Update: Nach 5 Jahren Nutzung sind wir immer noch zufrieden. Service ist top!

Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review. This app has become so convoluted and the UX is very poor. I struggle to find anything. In addition, the settings seem to have changed randomly with an update, and suddenly shipping and tax was added to the calculation, which doubled the commissions I had to pay out. Luckily there isn't much traffic on this program yet.
The customer support is fast, but not very good on details.

The customer support Melanie is very unhelpful and the way they talk to us seems they are the boss and can ask you to do anything!
Their report is very inconvenient, they cannot allow you to do a custom report that contains all the data, which is completely understandable because nothing is perfect! But their attitude to this really upset me, Melanie said it is a good suggestion to improve their app, but it is not their responsibility to send this to their tech and asked me to write an email to them again about this!
I mean????? No matter if you will take my suggestion to improve, but I already told you this, and you are not communicating or submitting this inside your teamwork? If that's the case, let me know, I will make my business somewhere else!

Service has improved in terms of chat response time and trouble shooting. Problems are not solved within the same chat for LIVE SUPPORT. Previously, this was not the case and our previous rating reflected that. Written resources that are referenced in the chat are also easy to follow. Thank you for the improvements.

Keep this in mind when you buy an app, you are paying for the Customer Support as much as you are paying for the functionality of the app. Anuj is amazing. The response time and quality of responses is superb. I would recommend this to anyone simpLy because the service is excellent. The App itself does what is required for Affiliate Tracking. Recommendations: allow for more branding on the Affiliate Dashboard itself. Adding branded imagery in the background would be great idea as well as offering more branding on the Affiliate Welcome Email.

I’ve been using Goaffpro for quite some time, and it’s been a great experience overall. The app is easy to manage, works well for our affiliate needs, and the support team has always been quick to respond whenever we’ve needed help.

I also think coupon scraping can happen regardless of which affiliate app you use. To avoid issues, we mainly use referral links to track affiliate commissions, while coupon codes are reserved for promotional campaigns and changed regularly. This setup has worked really well for us, and Goaffpro has been able to handle everything we need.

I am learning this program as I use more and more of its features and customer support have been very patient and helpful. So fa so good.

Randomly upgraded my account to a premium so having to pay HUGE increase in price!?!?
