Right now I am about 3 days into my 15 day trial and my experience is not making me want to stay with the premium. The discount codes for my affiliates don't seem to work and I can't find anything helpful online to resolve the issue. I sent a message to them, but I am not hopeful for a quick resolution. Sent a message 3 days ago with nothing but a confirmation in response. I also didn't get an email about the affiliates that were waiting approval recently. I had high hopes, but right now I am thinking I may need to find another app.

Your support ticket was replied to within hours of submitting, but probably because your contact email was incorrect you did not get the reply. Please check the Contact Email in Settings -> Notifications tab.
Currently it is set to kristin@greatmorningscoffeeandtea@.com, which doesn't seem right.
Now coming on to your question. Since you had manually set the expiry of the automatic coupons to 27-Nov-2019 (by editing the [APP]GOAFFPRO discount rule in Shopify), the coupons stopped working on that date. To make them work again, we ask you to either extend the expiry or remove the expiration date altogether.
Also, your automatic coupons are set to apply on limited sets of products, so during testing, please ensure that your cart has those products, or you can also remove this limit in the Coupons -> Automatic Coupons section.

WARNING!! This app will cause you a headache. The app registers and allocates previous and non-affiliate sales to affilliates before they have even signed up! Then it is your problem to get in touch with the affiliate to inform them about this issue and to tell them that the sale was not made by their referral links and that it instead a cookie related issue from the app. Customer service answered very fast, but not really an enjoyable experience I'd say. Clear instructions on cookies and other tech related warnings should be mentioned up front!

As clarified by the support email, this attribution was done by the admin having the affiliate's referral cookie in their browser. That is how every system does referral sale attribution.
By clicking on the referral links of the affiliate, your browser was "tagged" with their referral cookie for sale attribution and that is exactly how the attribution works for regular customers too.
I.e. customers click on the link -> referral cookies are set -> when they complete the purchase -> the sale attribution is done.
We can disable the admins from getting referral cookies set BUT that again prevents them from testing the system at will. So it is kind of like catch-22 situation for everyone.
So we have built some capabilities in the app
The system also gives you the ability to clear the browser cookies via noref links like
https://shop.thesenseofdoubt.com/?ref=noref , will clear all referral cookies
and/or you can easily manage the sales via the Sales page.
Finally, you can also set a shorter Cookie Duration for auto-expiration of cookies or perhaps just a simple "Remove tracking after order" toggle (which can be enabled in the Settings -> General Settings tab)
The app does explain this in the setup wizard when you set the app. Maybe we can add a feature to allow the users re-run the setup wizard to learn the referral system

This app fulfills a need for small manufacturers like us (Luke's Toy Factory). Especially with the changing world of retail, it's great to be able to connect with online stores that aren't Amazon based. One of the great things about Shopify is the ability to create a carefully curated set of products that reflects your ideals and mission.

It took me awhile to figure out all the nuances and possibilities, but the company was attentive and helpful. I LOVE THIS APP! After years of playing around with Multilevel Marketing, my own company now has a multilevel affiliate program! I love the pop-up after purchase that offers every customer the opportunity to become an affiliate. In just a few days, I had new affiliates and sales increased by 50%! I've had shopify stores for 3 years. This app is a keeper. So I still have an "advertising budget", but now I'm paying the people who love my coffee, instead of google and FB.
I honestly can't believe how well this app works for being free. And the support is great! I asked about a feature I didnt see and they responded and added the feature within a week! I keep feeling like I'm going to find something wrong with it because its free but Ive been using this on several different shopify stores for about a year and still havent found any major limitations. The only thing that could make it better is a direct integration with paypal to do payments in one click, but downloading the payments in bulk and uploading them to paypal takes like 3 minutes a month so its really not a problem.

We have been using GoAFFPro for a few years now. It's great! Simple enough but loads of features and customizations if you want to dig into them. The few times we have reached out to customer service, they were quick to respond and help out.
We did try to switch over to Shopify Collabs since it is Shopify native and they were pushing it really hard. However, for affiliates it just isn't the same. In fact I kinda hate Collabs which is why in the end we decided to stick with GoAffPro. Use it for free (amazing!) and then pay for it once you've grown enough and want the additional features like post purchase popup. :)
This app is amazing! My business can now scale as fast as it possibly can thanks to this Goaffpro app! It fully automates onboarding of new ambassadors or affiliates and makes them all suuuuppeerrr easy to manage! Not only that but their help staff got back to me the day I reached out and fixed a few flaws I noticed with the app right away!!! So so so very helpful and they even helped me to import all of my old affiliates into the app! 10/10 use this app! I went through all the other affiliate apps and this one by far is the best/easiest to use/ has all the best features/amazing customer service and most of all best value! Thankyou Goaffpro!
I just started using this app to get my affiliate program off the ground. Anuj has been very helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions. The app is easy to setup and customize to your liking. You can track affiliate sales by coupon code, url link which can be customized, and even QR code. No limits on the number of affiliates you can have or number of sales! The premium version is well worth it imo as it allows you to incorporate your own domain into the affiliate signup page, login, and portal pages - making it look like it is seamlessly part of your website. I look forward to building my partner network and seeing where it goes!

Set up was incredibly fast and smooth. Amazing how great the customer experience was. Only complaint is that using the goaffpro domain for the affiliate portal (using my domain is only available in the paid offering) triggers a Chrome Safety Warning that is confusing and will send would-be affiliates away.
Update: I requested help from Support and Anuj was timely, articulate and provided the solution. My experience with GoAffPro has been excellent. I'm a #customerforlife.
Update Jan 2022 - I needed help with deleting some discount codes and Support was quick and explicit about what i needed to do. Another plus!
Update Dec 2023 - Again, Support has helped me with some additions and refinements to the app on my site. GoAffPro - big thumbs up!
