Conoscevo già l'app Conversion grazie al loro plugin per WooCommerce.
Il supporto, come sempre, è impeccabile e tempestivo. L'app ha risolto le discrepanze nei dati tra Analytics e Shopify.
Really bad customer service.
A bland response in 48 hours...
Hi GoEstasy team,
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. However, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding. As mentioned during our call, we were in the process of thoroughly auditing and testing to ensure everything in your store works correctly. This process requires time to complete properly, which is why there was a slight delay in our response.
We always strive to provide the best support possible and were actively working on resolving the issues when we saw your review. We wish we had more time to address your concerns before the review was posted, but we remain committed to assisting you in any way we can.
Please know that we are here to help and are dedicated to ensuring everything is running smoothly on your end.
Tags can be tricky, we used Conversios to make sure ours are working properly with GTM, and they were fantastic to work with. They took the guesswork out of setup and made sure everything was tracking correctly. Huge time-saver and totally worth it for the peace of mind.

I've had this app installed for about a month now. I had some GA4 and Google Ads tracking issues, so I found this app. It was easy to install, and there was fast communication from the company about doing an audit and helping with any installation items. They worked quickly, kept me informed daily, and ultimately installed things such that my GA4 account now syncs to my Shopify numbers seamlessly. I have another request in now, and I received a response within 3 hours of my request at 3am ET :-)
These folks are very good and I do recommend this app if you need help connecting Shopify to GA4 properly.
This app is excellent and so is the support. We're moving from Magento to Shopify and the assistance in this aspect of the migration was superb. Highly recommend — five stars.

The Conversios Google Analytics 4 app is a great tool for tracking user behavior across multiple devices and creating customized reports and dashboards. It is user-friendly and provides valuable insights to help improve website performance and optimize for increased conversions. Highly recommended for website owners and digital marketers.

Conversios helped me a lot, from first step to the last steps.
Great support!
Super plugin and customer support!
Linking GA4 was simple and fast with this app. I just logged in through my Gmail, and it showed all my accounts without searching for IDs. The event tracking setup is quick, and I am really happy with the results.
