Ced Google Shopping Feed & Ads

Im not sure why I keep trying to work with this company. They did not show up for our Google Meet in July of this year and again today. Its like pulling teeth to get support. I'm sure after this review, they will reply to my support ticket on their portal.

The support use to be good. Have had a issue with my account and there is no one to talk to. Ive been trying to reach someone for hours and no one response to emails or live chat. When your feed is down and your loosing money you expect support to at least give you their hours of work.... Seriously pulling my hair out....

app seems to be working with google, but this is managed by a specialist, also the customer service level is great, always fixing any issues we encountered.
