Customer support was very helpful and very patient with me. Thank you so much

Good support

Tapita has been very helpful for my store. The interface is easy to use, and the features make it simple to design and manage pages professionally. It has definitely improved the look and functionality of my website. I appreciate how smooth and reliable the app is. Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service so far. Still have some issues, but confident it'll all get resolved soon. My previous SEO provider did not include half the package I get here, and the cost was nearly double. Very happy to have made the switch so far!

UPDATE: I have now used this app for a while, and the support has been consistent throughout. I definitely have received better support and quality than in my previous app. Thank you so much!!!

would be a 5, but I think they are limited in what they can do, could only optimize so many pages

Just started using this app after 'losing control' of our previous Shopify theme. Still getting used to it, it is more versatile than the previous one.
Thanks to the rep today who made the SEO Optimizer go very smoothly. Prompt, profession, and patient customer service--bravo!

I reached out to Tapita SEO to fix some setup errors on my site, and their team was incredibly quick in resolving everything on the spot. The efficiency and professionalism they showed were outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them more! I’m excited to continue working with them to optimize the entire site.

I installed this app hoping to find a solution to some SEO errors and improve my SEO score and search results. There are many apps on the market so I chose Tapita due to the high ratings and features, and I was not disappointed. Within minutes I was able to make a number of improvements, and then I asked for help using the Chat and got an immediate response. The support person (Liam) offered to take care of all of my critical errors, which he did in around 15 minutes. He then answered some more of my questions around improving Google search results, super helpful. I'm very impressed with the performance of this app and the support behind it, highly recommended!!

** Update. I've lowered my rating due to this app repeatedly asking for increased privileges without any notification as to why. If you don't accept it, then you can't use the app. So I've cancelled my subscription and deleted the app.
