Omega Google & Facebook Feed

The Omega app itself was okay. It’s not a bad app, but it wasn’t consistently resolving my Google issues the way I expected. I decided to stop using it and cancel. I was able to resolve those issues using the Google tools already available, and I also decided to build my own app rather than continue paying for a subscription that wasn’t meeting my needs.
My one-star rating is primarily about the billing and support experience. I canceled and uninstalled the app months ago, yet I’m still seeing Omega charges on my Shopify bills despite no longer using it. I contacted support and was told the issue would be addressed, but it remains unresolved.
I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company. I want the charges after cancellation refunded and written confirmation that future billing has stopped.
I want to be fair about the app itself. Once the refund and cancellation issues are resolved, I’m happy to update my review to reflect its functionality and the resolution, rather than an ongoing billing problem.

Great app and excellent support!

I’ve been using FeedNexa to manage my Google Merchant Center product feeds, and so far it has made the whole process much easier and more manageable. The app gives me a clear overview of my products and feed status, making it much easier to spot errors, disapproved products, and other issues that need attention.
I really like having the product data and feed settings organized in one place. Instead of constantly switching between Shopify and Merchant Center, I can review my product information, check what is being submitted, and make the necessary adjustments directly through the app. The flexibility for managing different markets and product requirements is also very useful.
A special thanks to Tracy for the quick and helpful support. Tracy took the time to investigate my issue, explain the cause clearly, and stayed involved until everything was resolved.

Highly recommended for Shopify stores managing Google feeds!

I've been searching for a good app to manage our Google Feeds and finally found Omega. It was easy to setup and very straight forward. There was one feature missing where it would pull our compare-at pricing from Shopify Markets catalogs. The team added this feature within 24 hours for me! Very good support and great app, I highly recommend!

They are really amazing and very professional! They do everything I need and honestly, so much more. They take care of pretty much everything for me. I highly recommend their apps!

I installed FeedNexa Google Feed to connect my Shopify catalog to Google Merchant Center, and it made the whole process incredibly easy. The interface is clear, the settings are well organized, and—most importantly—it automatically generates complete, up-to-date feeds without any manual effort.

Good support and have helped with a few questions and initial bugs. The interface is easy to use and not over complicated like other feed apps I have tried. It is currently missing a key feature around sale pricing but im informed this will be ready soon.

App is quite buggy, the multi feed api function for multiple countries doesn't really work, they had to use the XML feed instead.

The dev team need to introduce an input in the app to allow user to update the feed label otherwise it can't be updated properly on the GMC. The number of products for each country can't be synced properly

Also, if you are a clothing store, you can't map the size unless you are on their Scale plan which means you will get a warning of limited product visibility on the GMC if you are on the lower plan.

I've tried a lot of different apps, but this one is the easiest to use.
Since moving to a multilingual store, the number of products has increased so much that I've been having trouble with lots of errors, but this app seems like it will solve that problem.
I've only just started using it, so there are still parts I don't understand, but I'd like to become adept at using it.
The support was also responsive, which was very helpful
