Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

I've been using this app for over 5 years, and it's always been easy to use and manage. I recently ran into an issue and contacted support for the first time in all those years. They were fantastic! They responded quickly, helped me resolve the issue, and provided excellent support throughout the process.

I ran into a complex feed override issue with multi-country setup, but their support team diagnosed and fixed it within a single day! The app itself is incredibly powerful for managing multi-currency feeds, and their responsiveness is second to none. Truly a 5-star experience!

I had some issues with Google Ads, the team walked me through options and supported the process to resolve the issue. I am new at managing Google and Google Ads in house so was super nervous to manage all this technical elements. The team is extremely patient and explained to me in a way that I understood and answered all my questions. They also assisted me with step by step via screenshare.

Great app and excellent support.

I had an issue with multiple feed sources in Google Merchant Center, which caused some products to be missing and created price mismatch errors. Their support team checked my GMC setup, identified the conflict, and helped clean up the feed configuration.
