Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. The free trial was set to roll over to a paid plan when completed and as they did not do so, functionality and services we cut off, they were unable to restore the service, continuing to advise it was working when it was not. Great when it works, terrible service and lack of knowledgable or proactive support when it doesn't.

I’m very satisfied with the support team, but due to the different time zones, our schedules don’t align. The time window in which I can work on and resolve my issues doesn’t match their availability. This creates delays, and it’s becoming difficult to manage. There is a clear need to expand the support team to ensure continuous coverage for customers worldwide. Customer support 5 star!

Customer service very unprofessional.
I receive totally different response for the same issue, really annoy and frustrating.
And I paid over $20/month for this App, not recommend it.

Downloaded this app for Merchant Center feed sync, but WOW! These amounts of permissions it requests! Not listed on app store page, as you must sign in with your Google account and give these permissions in app. Are these all necessary? Someone malicious could hijack your whole business, all your domains, and much more... This app wants permission to do anything that you can do on your Google accounts, including:

View and manage the list of sites and domains that you control.

View and manage the owners of domains that you control.

See your performance data

Create, edit or delete your campaigns, ad groups and ads

Create, edit or delete your bidding, targeting and scheduling settings

Set and change your budgets

See, apply and dismiss your recommendations

Edit your billing settings

Submit and retrieve product listings

Update price and availability of products

Retrieve data quality feedback

Manage Merchant Centre accounts

Register and configure data feeds

The link is always disconnected without any prompt, which causes my Google ads to have no label, which affects my ads

The app is very good and they have everything you need and more.
Support is very slow and inefficient.
Emails with problems are answered in over 3 days, if ever.
Problems remain unsolved (about 3 in my case).
The main problem is terrible store speed downgrade and the lack of support.
If you have a month to debug and go back and forth, it's worth it.
Maybe I will come back but I didn't had this time at the moment.

I still can not get the Microsoft Ads tracking to work. The ads will not display because the tracking code doesn't function. I am using the code from Symprosys. They helped me in the past but on this they are acting like there is nothing on their end. However, if the tag was functioning properly it would show green status in my account and show returning values. I have other code such as add to cart and it shows green returning value. But tags for Symprosys do not.

Update: They were able to help me to figure this out and get the conversions working again.

Update: For some reason conversion tracking is no longer working. The purchase conversion is not showing anything but add to cart and begin checkout are. I see no where how to fix this and don't understand why it stopped working.

The support was excellent. They helped me get everything setup and working the way I needed it. They even helped me get it working with features that it didn't have. All our products are looking great now!

This has been a great app until it disconnected the shopping feed for no apparent reason. We did not realize for a day or so and when it reconnected it connected to the wrong catalogue which also went undetected for a day or so. We are 2 weeks on from that now and we are still trying to get back the lost ground with FB and google shopping. Our sales have dropped by at least 50% because of this fault that Simprosys as been unable to explain except it was some sort of a glitch :(

Very unresponsive - unable to assist with Google Identfiers not pulling through correctly with Simprosys feed - going round in circles and now they have stopped responding as feel they can't help.

It never worked. The people did try to always help and always were professional.
