Love this App, it integrated well and has helped to show me where the business is coming from and the seamless integration for products is great.

Hola, parece que no nos enviaste ninguna solicitud de soporte antes de escribir la reseña. Enviar una solicitud a través de la app te habría dado respuesta en cuestión de días, pero enviar una reseña de 1 estrella tardará mucho más en solucionar tu problema y no puedo responderte directamente como lo haría un agente de soporte. Nuestros agentes podrían haber verificado tu acceso o incluso haberte conectado manualmente si hubiera algún problema con las validaciones automáticas.
Además, parece que tu problema ya se resolvió. Por lo que sé, tus productos se están sincronizando con Google. Si sigues teniendo problemas, envía una solicitud a nuestro equipo de soporte haciendo clic en los tres puntos de la app y luego en "Obtener soporte", o haciendo clic en "Obtener soporte" en la parte inferior de la página de la app.
Hi - it doesn't look like you submitted any support tickets to us before writing the review. Submitting a ticket through the app would have gotten you a response within days, but submitting a 1 star review will take a lot longer to fix your problem and I can't directly respond to you like a support agent could. Our agents could have double-checked your access or even manually connected you if there was an issue with the automatic validations.
Additionally, it looks like your issue was already resolved. Your products are currently syncing to Google from what I can tell. If you're still having issues, please submit a ticket to our support team by clicking the three dots in the app and clicking Get Support, or by clicking Get Support on the bottom of the app page

Hallo, Sie haben seit der Installation der App noch keine Support-Tickets an unser Team gesendet. Wenn Sie in Ihrem Shopify-Shop auf die Google & YouTube-App klicken, finden Sie oben rechts drei Punkte und können auf „Support erhalten“ klicken. Dadurch wird ein Ticket an unsere Support-Mitarbeiter gesendet. Sie finden denselben Link auch, wenn Sie zum Ende der App scrollen. Dort finden Sie ebenfalls „Support erhalten“.
Hi - you haven't submitted any support tickets to our team since you installed the app. If you click into the Google & YouTube app on your Shopify store, in the upper right there are three dots and you can click "Get Support". That submits a ticket to our support agents. You can also get the same link if you scroll to the bottom of the app and it will say Get Support there as well.
I could not located suggestions for commission. I need more instructions and guidance for automatically linking products in Shopify. Thank you. Kathy T

Google and youtube are amazing channels to reach people for a new small businesses. it is a blessings to have you . when you see data , it gives you tremedous confindence to move forward.
The app works well and is actually quite intuitive. It still requires some effort to learn but is a great piece of software.
